Ceri joined the firm as a paralegal in August 2016 after spending a year as a claimant paralegal with a large local firm and progressed to the position of Trainee Solicitor with AJFL in May 2017. Ceri studied her LLB at the University of South Wales and graduated in 2015 with a First Class Honours degree (LLB Hons).
As well as supporting the Firm’s Solicitors with their casework she is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course in order to complete her legal training. She will complete this course in June 2018.
Ceri has always had a passion for Family Law since first studying it at University. She assists the firm in all areas of Family Law, specifically Divorce and Financial Remedy proceedings. Whilst studying at undergraduate level at University, Ceri worked in the pro bono legal clinic providing advice and legal support to the clinic’s clients on a range of legal issues including Family Law.
Ceri served as a Trustee for Cardiff Women's Aid from September 2015 until December 2018, a local charity which aims to prevent domestic violence against women in Wales.
Ceri lives in Penarth with her Partner and two cats.
