Ceri joined the firm as a paralegal in August 2016 after spending a year as a claimant paralegal with a large local firm and progressed to the position of Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in December 2018. Ceri studied her LLB at the University of South Wales and graduated in 2015 with a First Class Honours degree (LLB Hons) and obtained a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course in June 2018.
Ceri has always had a passion for Family Law since first studying it at University. She assists the firm in all areas of Family Law, specifically Divorce and Financial Remedy proceedings and largely conducts her own advocacy. Whilst studying at undergraduate level at University, Ceri worked in the pro bono legal clinic providing advice and legal support to the clinic’s clients on a range of legal issues including Family Law.
Ceri served as a Trustee for Cardiff Women's Aid from September 2015 until December 2017, a local charity which aims to prevent domestic violence against women in Wales and has a particular experience in obtaining Non-Molestation Orders on behalf of her clients.
Ceri lives in Penarth with her Partner and two cats.
